Antoine took over the family vines in 2011. Héloïse joined him in 2017. Their Côte de Nuits-Villages wines describe the parcels around Comblanchien.
The estate’s story
Winemaking
Hand harvesting, natural fermentations and gentle extraction. Ageing vessels and duration depend on the cuvée and vintage.
Organic farming, biodynamic practices and horse ploughing to limit soil compaction.
Hand picking and sorting. In the cellar, gentle extraction and little intervention.
Barrels, concrete eggs and sandstone jars. Each wine follows its own ageing.
