Ask about this wine

Cellaring is counted from the vintage and depends on storage conditions.

Winemaking & ageing

Hand harvested and directly pressed. After settling, the juice ferments with native yeasts in barrels, where ageing continues.

The parcel

Aligoté parcels in Comblanchien, including La Pièce de Laune and Toppe Citeaux. The soils are calcareous, with clay, silt and many stones. Pigs spend winter in the vineyards, working and fertilising the soil. Depending on the parcel, the vines are around 45, 55 or 90 years old.

Tasting notes

The estate’s Aligoté, alongside its longer-aged version.
