Ask about this wine

Cellaring is counted from the vintage and depends on storage conditions.

Winemaking & ageing

Hand harvested and directly pressed. After settling, the juice ferments with native yeasts in barrels, where ageing continues.

The parcel

Vines in Comblanchien on calcareous soils with clay, silt and many stones. Pigs spend winter in the vineyards, working and fertilising the soil. Vines around 65 years old.

Tasting notes

The range’s Burgundy Chardonnay.
