Bourgogne Pinot Noir
- Grape
- Pinot noir
- Village
- Comblanchien
- Suggested cellaring
- 10 years or more
Cellaring is counted from the vintage and depends on storage conditions.
Winemaking & ageing
Hand harvested. Whole-bunch vinification in stainless steel tanks, with gentle maceration and little intervention. Aged in concrete eggs and old barrels.
The parcel
A blend of parcels in Comblanchien, including the old vines of L'Étaing and La Platerre below the village, and Les Vignes Blanches, planted by Antoine in 2018. Pigs spend winter in the vineyards, working and fertilising the soil. The older vines are around 50 years old, alongside the more recent planting at Les Vignes Blanches.
Tasting notes
Pinot Noir under the regional Bourgogne appellation.
