Winemaking & ageing
Hand harvested. Whole-bunch vinification in stainless steel tanks, with gentle maceration and little intervention. Aged in concrete eggs and old barrels.
The parcel
Our grandfather's favourite parcel in Comblanchien. The rows run north to south on limestone soil rich in clay. The grapes give wines with notes of dark fruit, tobacco and spice. Vines around 70 years old.
