Winemaking & ageing

Hand harvested. Whole-bunch vinification in stainless steel tanks, with gentle maceration and little intervention. Aged in old barrels and amphorae.

The parcel

A blend of named sites in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Les Poisets lies to the south, Les Charmois in the village and Aux Athées to the north of the appellation, towards Vosne-Romanée. Vines around 50 to 85 years old.
